1) drop us an email with the following information:

- Delivery Address:
- Delivery mode: Normal mail/ Registered mail
- Item code/colour/quantity/price
2) please wait for confirmation email on payment details.
3) payment must be made within 48 hours after the confirmation email.
4) do email us on the transaction method, transaction reference number (if any), the bank account number that you have transferred from and the total amount that you have paid, on the day of your payment.
5) a "successful transaction" email will be sent once payment is confirmed received and items will be delivered thereafter.

we only accept online bank transfer and ATM bank transfer.

- all postings will be sent on every Tuesday and Friday.
-parcels will be post out the next working day if it happens to be a public holiday.
-normal mail postage fee- 1st item: $1.50; add $0.50 to each additional item.
-registered mail postage fee- an additional charge of $2.50 to the normal mail postage fee.

-all prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
-measurements, colours and designs shown in the pictures may have slight variation from the actual products hence exchanges and refunds will not be entertained for such differences.
-coco heaven will not be held responsible for parcels lost delivered under normal postage.
-if payments are not made within 48 hours, orders will be canceled.
